Today the Chancellor has confirmed that more than 19,000 job placements have been created by our Kickstart Scheme so far – with tens of thousands more expected in the months ahead – giving opportunity and hope to thousands of young people.
The furlough scheme has worked well, protecting jobs and livelihoods. In response to the announcement of the National Lockdown which began today, 5th November, and will last until the 2nd of December the Government will be extending the scheme.
