David has been the Councillor for Etwall since 2015 and was elected County Councillor for Melbourne in 2021. David has a particular interest in special education and is a Trustee of the Royal School for the Deaf Derby. Through his founding of his own shipping company, based at East Midlands Airport, David has had a distinguished business career and understands the needs of local South Derbyshire businesses.
Andrew is committed to working hard on behalf of Etwall residents and being part of a strong local Councillor team representing the area and delivering for residents.
